A button opens Xbox Game Bar

This seems to be an issue with Xbox Elite Series 2. Just in case, you have not reach out yet to an Xbox Support through Chat and Phone. I would suggest for you to use wired connection for the Controller to PC. Or just leave the settings uncheck for "Open Xbox Game Bar using this button on a controller."

You may keep us posted for any new updates!

There were some updates available. Installed all updates including optional ones. Nothing changed at this point.

I have an another problem here. I don't see such message on my app, even after I made sure that the Windows10 up-to-date.

This seems to be the problem not only for me. Please refer to the link below I posted.

I reported the problem to r/xboxinsiders as the other had mentioned, but the post was deleted based on the rule "No non-Insider Support".

Actually, I have input problems on Android via Bluetooth/USB as well. I believe they also must be outdated firmware problems.

(The buttons in images are "Change name", "Vibrate this controller", and "Turn on copilot".)

We could not imagine the difficulty you faced while playing on PC and we understand that you are trying to use each button of the controller for its own purpose. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

As per your description, the "A" button of your Xbox Elite Controller 2 opens the Xbox Game Bar app. For which should not happen unless it was added as a shortcut for launching the said app or a system component needs to be update. To properly isolate your concern, we will be asking some questions and provide you troubleshooting. Please provide details/information for us to give more accurate resolution for you.

1. Is your Windows 10 up-to-date? Kindly use this link as guide: How to get software and driver updates for Windows 10.
   
2. Can you please check if the Controller is up-to-date by performing the steps below using PC?
   
   Update your controller on a Windows 10 PC by using the Xbox Accessories app:
   
   1. If you don’t already have the app installed, get it in the: Microsoft Store
      
   2. Open the Xbox Accessories app.
      
   3. Connect your Xbox Wireless Controller by using a USB cable or the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows.
      
      Note You'll be prompted to update to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition if you haven't yet done so.
      
   4. When the controller is connected, you'll see the message Update Required if an update is mandatory. Install the update.
      
   Things to keep in mind
   
   • The Xbox Accessories app is available only on Windows 10.
     
   • Controllers that don't have a built-in 3.5-mm audio port must be updated using a USB connection and must have the Windows 10 TH2 Update (or later).
     
   • Updating the controller over Bluetooth is not supported.
     
   • To customize the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 in the Xbox Accessories app, get the Windows 10 May 2019 Update (or later) and make sure your PC has the latest fixes. See how to get updates

3. Kindly check if the Controller was customized, please use this guide: Customize your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2.

Thanks for the details especially confirming a possible resolution for this kind of issue. However, I would agree with you that turning off the "Open Xbox Game Bar using this button on a controller" from the settings is not the full fix. To consider from the first place the button you press is Letter A and is far from where the Xbox icon is located on the Controller.

Some points you mention on the reply:

Update Required: If this message does not show, your Controller is updated. But given that you mention issues with the controller, I would suggest you to do this two troubleshooting below:

• Restart PC - in this process any Windows update will be installed, stop all running processes and clear the RAM cache.
  
• Power cycle your controller:
  

1. Press and hold the Xbox button for 5-10 seconds, until the controller turns off.
   
2. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the Xbox button again to turn the controller back on.

Input problems on Android via Bluetooth/USB:

Yes, it could be the case that issues happen if there's an update for security patches or fixes for the bugs or known issue is not installed.

Oh, I forgot to answer some questions.

All presets are set to Default/既定.

Everything are set to default.

Turning off the "Open Xbox Game Bar using this button on a controller" get rid of the A-button-problem. But this is not the solution I'm seeking out.
