“A” button occasionally unresponsive

Just recently I was playing Fallout 4 on my xbox one console and I set my controller down to take care of something, I came back and the “A” button was unresponsive. This has happened to multiple controllers connected to my console. Is there anything that can be done to fix this or does this mean there is something wrong with my console and it needs to be fixed?

Not having too much trouble over here. Occasional unresponsive button, but that may be controller-related. Otherwise, pretty smooth launch so far.

I have same issue, now experiencing mid session unresponsiveness with all buttons but home/logo button totally unresponsive. No disconnect message, just unresponsive. Any others?

Pity because it is such an annoying issue, I play Elder Scrolls and you need to do a lot of combo's (weaving) which is impossible

now..

I was looking to buy an Elite II controller but it seems it is suffering from same issue...

Scuf is the only wireless 3rd party but gets bad reviews everywhere and I do not want to connect a cable trough

the living else I would have bought a Razer..

but ok I'll check every now and then until fix has released..

For now I will send in the controllers again hoping I get a better one in return...
