    I have the series elite 2 controller. I have been having issues with the A-Button. When I press down on the A-button is stays down/jammed. Is anybody having problems with the A-button?? If so, is there a way to fix it??

    Hello Big,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to request a call from support as the button should not be sticking.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Will do. I've also just tried syncing a new controller and still no spinning Ring of Light, so clearly a faulty console.

    Just a quick question for you here. Are you pressing the sync button on both the microphone and the xbox when you attempt to do this? Read the instructions for syncing the microphone to see how to sync it properly.
