    "A" Button being held down on Minecraft?


    My Minecraft Xbox keeps thinking that I'm holding down my "A" button when I'm with 2-3 local friends, happens every 30 minutes or so, and lasts for an undefined amount of time. I have been on chat two times so far, HOPEFULLY it's
    fixed it, but if anyone else is having this ultra annoying issue, please post here so an expert (not me) will help you.

    Minecraft "A" Button Acts as if Held Down

    Help! My Xbox One (got it in december 2014) has a glitch only in Minecraft. The "A" button acts as if held down, causing us to jump endlessly while not flying, and while flying, sends us up to the heavens with the only way to get back to the ground is to
    sprint-fly-crouch to the ground. Also restricts us from pressing the buttons in the menu. Called Xbox troubleshooting last year, but was only a temporary fix. We have 3 Xbox One controllers, but only 2 seem to glitch. Would really appreciate a fix. Searched
    the Forums but it seems that we're the only people that have it.

    First, the green font is very difficult to read. Would you mind posting the solutions that you were given for this issue? It would benefit others in the future.

    Xbox controller not registering that buttons are being held down

    Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Try going to the controllers and accessories section in your xbox settings and see if a firmware update is available for your controller.

    May I also ask which game you are having this issue with??
