A bug went into my Xbox one where the fan is

Black background issue?

Hi so far I'm loving the new Xbox but I encountered an odd bug. My background was set to blue and out of no where it went black and the blue will no longer come back. I went into settings and tried another color scheme but it still stays black. Any ideas?

Whats going on XBOX

Ive been a long time xbox fan since the days of the original xbox and im getting to the point where im about to switch over to playstation. Nothing seems to be working right i feel sometimes i wasted 500 dollars on this turd. Im tired of not being able to
sign into xbox live which is something i PAY FOR!!!! and not being able to use it when my internet is the best around time warner cable internet. Im tired of all the bugs that seem to pop up all the time. Microsoft if you want to lose a die hard fan from day
one keep doing what your doing. Fix the problems!!!

Hello Lil Hinninger! though the xbox one does get pretty warm during use ( With out bugs stuck inside ) You may wish to think about getting fan to help out with cooling your unit.

Hi Lil Hinninger if your console is in a well ventilated area heat shouldnt be an issue regardless of a bug or no bug. The xbox one by design is built to be used for long periods of time, thats why it has all those vents around it. The coolers lenzio point
out dont work and also it isnt recommended you put fans like that on your console.

Hello, I'm pretty sure its am in game issue as well. I have had the same issue. It's a known issue that multiple users have. There were several bugs they were trying to fix. I also had the known issue where on my xbox one X when I first went to the
multiplayer menu my fan would cut on and then the oneX would shut off and say theres poor ventilation. It happened everytime only on the multiplayer menu. Everything else and every other game was fine. It seems that was fixed with an update. Hopefully,
they will fix this issue with an update as well. Good luck.

One of my friends who went to Minecon said the Xbox port was way better than he thought it would be and the Xbox fans wouldn't be disappointed.

That's not the point... The point is, don't treat one systems fans like Red Headed Step Children!

No offense to the Red Headed Step Children among us...

This system is significantly more powerful than an Xbox 360 or PS3 and they went as far as to use the same textures and everything on the Xbox One where as, the PS4 version is almost completely remade.
