A bogus complaint & suspension

My son had his account suspended the other day. Apparently his now x-friend filed a complaint against my son for inappropriate language and threats. Then another suspension on the day in question he wasn't even home all day. But you're going to suspend someone
without doing an investigation. You're just going off of a pissed off little kids complaint. It's was ok for the his x-friend to threaten him and his family. And it's ok while they played COD & his friend was saying " kill them mother ****"? When u break the
law, u go to court and get your punishment. Not get your punishment first. This is total crap! So my son can file a complaint on everyone that's pissed him off and they all will get suspended. You need to look at how you guys handle these kinds of incidents
and need to drop the suspension on my son's account. Thank you L. Meyers

The enforcement team does not use the forums. In the future block and report the user from their profile on the console.

If the suspension is eligible for a case review, it would be listed at
http://enforcement.xbox.com If it's only a 24 hour suspension, it is not eligible for a review because the review would take longer than the suspension. All you can do in that case is wait it out.

 

For information about your son's suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team do investigate each complaint they receive and do not issue suspensions unless they find something that violates the code of conduct/terms of service. Investigations
do take time, so suspensions are not generally issued on the same day the action occurred.
