A blank screen after I power on the console

After I power on my xbox one console the green screen will come up, after that the screen becomes dark and nothing seems to happen.

I have tried all the suggestions provided on the xbox support website (Troubleshooting a Blank Screen TV or Monitor While Your Xbox One is on)
but none of them seem to work. Can somebody give me any suggestions or tell me what I am doing wrong?

Can you please try following
this support guide and attempt to power the console to low resolution mode by following the your screen is blank after you turn on the console section.

 

XBOX One Failure to load after Green loading screen...

I'm not sure if this issue has been on the forums before but i haven't run across it yet

earlier today my console was turned on and it showed the green loading screen with the loading dots underneath it.

after that it just goes completely blank, no menu, no anything... the HDMI is still transmitting signal to my TV but it's just a blank screen.

I've tried holding down my power button which just did the same thing after i turned it on again,

I've also disconnected and unplugged my main power from my power strip and everything... still goes into a black screen after the green loading screen.

Please help...

Sorry to hear about the display issue! Are you seeing any errors at all while its on the black screen? If those steps in the article you linked did not work, let's try a full power cycle. Follow the steps below and let's see if that helps as that will clear
your system cache and ensure that the console fully powers down.

• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.

Try those steps and let us know if that helps!

 

I am facing similar issues and tried all the steps mentioned in troubleshoot. As product is in warranty I am trying to create service request to get my console replaced. However, after entering all the information, I am getting message " No Services Found"
"No service offers are available". Any suggestions????

Thanxxx for the suggestion Mister Beep. I have tried chatting as well as contacting via phone. But, I didn't get any solution. They refused to take my request as I am currently in India while I purchased my XBOX in May 2014 from Atlanta. I can't understand
why an organization like Microsoft with global footprint is refusing to repair their own product. If the agenda is to fool customers by selling faulty products then I guess it worked.

please pardon my annoyance here, If you have any other suggestions please let me know.

 

I having same problem it wont let me go to the contact part don't know what else to do plz help my son has only had it since xmas was brought brand new from amazon
