    I have the Xbox app and remote play enabled on my Xbox with all signed in on both, as then I go on to remote play and start a black screen then appears forcing me to quit remote play with still a black screen or closing the Xbox app, I have downloaded insider hub with on Xbox windows gaming community, yet still, it appears, with no help and it's been 4 months with still the same problem.

    It didn't seem to resolve the issue that when I start remote play on my windows device from the Xbox app (windows), a black screen appears forcing me to exit out the Xbox app, I have tried all Xbox support please can someone help?

    Try changing the resolution, go to the smallest one, and then change to a higher one, in general it works with 1080p.

    Xbox remote play with touch controls like cloud gaming

    It should be because we know that Xbox consoles have a way to stream the games from the same servers as the mobile apps which support touch screen controls. The Xbox remote play could switch the control inputs by sending a message to the server through the Xbox console when you connect with the Xbox app on your mobile device or the game pass app for PC at least. This would allow touch screens to be another avenue for developers to make more accessibility features for their games. Also, the TV stick is around the corner. What would be a great idea for the TV stick is to have the remote play to work with the stick to allow you to play touch screen games without a controller and have less lag when playing. Since the consoles are not able to get touch screen support for a device can you guys add the support to the remote play feature of the Xbox app for mobile devices and PCs?

    Xcloud launching stream game but never actually starts the game.

    I'm not using the app. I'm on Xcloud through Microsoft Edge browser on PC. Like I said the stream starts just fine and gets all the way to Xbox logo with sound but when the intro credits for the game is supposed to start it's a black screen then I get the message about them working on the problem. Games run just fine on my Iphone through the same service.
