I tried. I talked to Microsoft support. There's nothing they can do. They admit that it's a big problem but can't/won't do anything about it...

If you and I are playing All or Nothing and we both start with the same Scavenger class, it is perfectly fair for either of us to shoot the other once we take ammo off them. It is fair because we both have the exact same opportunity to obtain ammunition.

If we're playing with six other players and you and the other four are throwing knives at each other and I sit back, scavenge the ammunition and then proceed to shoot you or the others after you respawn, that's also fair. I had the same equipment you had,
got prepared and came out on top because of that. If you use Scavenger to pick up another Knife and choose not to fire the bullets you also get, that's not unfair, that's a choice.
