it say its suspended and am trying to do the code and it keeps saying you ran out of tryes some thing like that and i want back on it i think this is the third time but now i cant get back on and why is it keep getting suspended???????????????

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with your account. So what exactly were you trying to do initially? Are you attempting to log back in on your console or is this through the Enforcement Website?

If you can't remember the login credentials to your account you will need to take a look at the following links to see if you are able to recover your account.

Helpful Links:

Find your Microsoft account email address

Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account password

In regards to the accounts suspension you would need to go over to the
Enforcement Website for more information and to submit a Case Review if you wish to have this looked over.

Speak with the enforcement team, or put in a ticket to appeal the suspension... the enforcement teams do not use this forum.

Glad to hear you were able to submit the request for the account. Once you have received a response go ahead and follow instructions provided to continue recovering the account.

Once you have been able to recover the account you will need to go to the
Enforcement Website to get suspension reviewed. Simply submit a Case Review for this case and once it has been submitted the enforcement will reach out to you with an answer.

I understand that you want to change your gamer tag to remove the numbers. If you previously had the gamer tag "Dtae Knight" on another account, you will not be able to use it on your new account without the numbers. This is because once a gamer tag is used on an account, it cannot be used on another account, even if it is available.

That's because you should've changed the first account name.first to release the name.then wait.abit then attempt.the new accoumt
