A 62.77GB update for Forza Horizon 4 - error message 'installation stopped' frequently...

I came onto my xbox one a few days ago to play Forza Horizon 4 and I saw that there was an update pending. So I sat and watched my TV screen for a little while to see if it was going to update and after a few minutes, the error 'installation stopped' came
up. I'm not sure why this came up, but I pressed the A button on my controller and it said that it wasn't able to install due to there being no internet connection. So I went into the system settings to test the connection and it said that all was well. Well,
all wasn't well for me not being able to play Forza Horizon 4, so I just pressed A on the resume update button and I switched the xbox off just to see if it would do anything.

The next day I came onto the xbox and it just came up with the same error which annoyed me, so I searched the internet to find a solution to my problem, and some of the solutions were to restart the xbox, and I tried that but nothing had changed. I tried
another solution, which was to turn the console offline and try to install it from there. But no updates appeared when it was offline because I wasn't connected to xbox live.

Another solution was to remove all the local saved games and ten reinstall them, but I didn't want to do that because I was worried that I would loose my progress in games like Minecraft and Lego Worlds etc.
