    Hello there, after opening a message that have a code of $5 send my xbox live, it send me to the redeem code in the xbox one store. But I accidentally hit cancel and when I look for the code in my message the message from xbox live was gone. Please help.

    I received a promo code for $5. I accidentally deleted the message with the code before redeeming the code. Is there anyway to resend the same code to me so I can redeem my $5? Thanks

    It sounds like your promotional message has expired - remember that all Xbox Live Messages expire after 28 days and are unrecoverable, so please make sure you redeem any codes sent to you within this time frame.

    If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and it is possible that they might be able to retrieve your code (however, I cannot guarantee that they can recover it for you).
