99% error on game sync up

bought the digital version of battlefield 1 and when it tries to sync the game it will go to 99% and then gives me an error code (0x838601e7). when I put the code on support page code search it tells me that they have never heard of this code before. does
anyone know whats going on.

Unable to sync FIFA 16 data

I have been playing fifa since its release date fine, but just now I tried to start it up and it takes ages to sync data and when it gets to 99% it comes up with an error message saying something has gone wrong? help please

Skyrim won't sync

guys my skyrim won't sync. It goes to 99% then gives me an error code. I tried the go offline Tric but still doesn't work.. Anyone have any tips? I'd be devistated to lose my game progress..

same problem. Downloading FORZA 5 Error at 99% of downloading the game. Windows 10 all up to date.

Hi,

Unfortunately this didn’t solve the issue, it still goes to 99% and then fails (it syncs only the smaller saved game).

Syncing data for other games worked, this somehow only affects Subnautica.

@{Parity} hard reset didn't work either.

it start to sync but then stuck at 99% then it's says unable to sync your data just now.
