9 Year Xbox Live Gold Status Question

I recently renewed my gold membership for another year today and have been gold for 8 years tommorow should be my ninth year as a gold member. I renewed my membership via the pre paid code option and it shows that my subscription is renewed until the next
year in the billing part of my account.

However the Xbox One Dashboard shows that i only have 1 day left until i can keep my benefits. Of course i tried singing out and back in and it still shows the same message. Will i lose my 9 years continued Gold membership or does it just take time for it
to register on Microsofts end. If i will lose my 9 years continue gold membership can someone at Microsoft fix this issue as my gold membership is renewed and really dont want to lose this.

XBOX LIVE GOLD 1 year subscription validity Reduced in to 6 months after unknowingly switching regions.

I have subscribed XBOX LIVE 1 Year GOLD MEMBERSHIP ON 23 nd august through prepaid card.Firstly my status in xbox live showing that I have one year subscription that it will expire on 23rd august of 2017 next year. But unknowingly I have switched my region
and after that it is showing that My xbox live gold subscription will expire on 9 th february 2017 and status is showing that I have purchased Xbox live gold by getting offer with switch regions.How to get back my total 1 yr validity of Xbox live subscription...Plz
help I live in INDIA.And I am new to Xbox one.

It looks like the status of LIVE is back to green (support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status). If you are still having an issue, check out our Connection Guide (forums.xbox.com/.../9.aspx)
for suggestions, and if that doesn't help, make a post with the answers to the bold questions. Thanks!

Hello

The Tenure shown on your profile shows the total amount of years you've been a gold member. If you run out of XBL Gold it will not actually reset just be put on "hold", once you subscribe again it will continue counting where it left off.

If you however encounter any issues regarding your Xbox Live gold not being detected by the system after having your subscription extended, please contact Xbox Live Support by phone

Hey redman2k1! Taking a look at your account, it appears that tenure of '8' is correct. As Listed mentions, tenure is calculated by the cumulative Gold subscription time rather than time since you went Gold. You'll see that 9 again when you've had a full
9 years of Xbox LIVE Gold.

Quick comment on that 10 year promotional Helmet, it was sent to a lot of users who had 7, 8, 9 or 10 years of time on the service so that full 10 years of time wasn't a requirement!

9 years tenure. Had Live since it launched on the original Xbox. They should reward people with lots of tenure with Gold accounts.
