    Hi i noticed 4 days ago my 9 year tenure was gone i have no green circle with any years in it its just gone i have not gone silver my account was set to expire on the 17th of November so i did redeem a 3 month prepaid card but i never dropped gold so this
    shouldn't affect my tenure not being displayed.

    I have tried recovering my tag hard resets etc. it does not appear to be a local problem as none of my friends can see my tenure as well any help would be appreciated after 9 years it would be nice to have that number back thank you.

    Also my account is the only one on the xbox i am not sharing gold or anything.

    As you said it has been happening to a lot of people and reading some other posts it looks as though a fix is being worked on for the issue.

    I believe that if you go silver for more than a few days, your tenure will reset to 1 year. The way the tenure works, like Amnesty said, is it tells how many years you have been on Xbox Live
    consecutively without end or pause.
