    My Cloud Saves are gone!

    So i recently got a new 360 after my old one RR'd on me, but before it died i managed to save all my game saves to the Cloud. However, upon signing into my account on my new 360 S and checking the Cloud, i found that i only have 9 game saves there. There
    were about 2 months in between my old one dying and being able to setup the new one, so i unfortunately don't remember how many games i'd saved, but i know for sure it was more than 9. I'm not that upset about most of them tbh, but i AM upset about my Skyrim
    save being gone. The amount of hours i'd put into that game.......i wasn't anywhere near done either! -_-

    On another odd note, i also seem to be missing a lot of my Arcade Games, but been given ones i DIDN'T download instead. I know i didn't download them because they're genres i'm not into.

    Is there anything i can do to get those game saves back? I mean i *could* just start over in Skyrim, but i would REALLY rather not have to.

    Freedom Rewards not counting

    My Freedom Reward for playing 5 hours of Free to play games are not counting. It worked last month and it won't let me opt-in a second time. But I played about 7 hours in 2 different FTP games and neither had counted. How do I submit a help ticket?

    That sucks, but instead of coming here to complain about it you should be on the phone trying to find a new Internet provider. That slow download time is on your end.

    Servers are busy this time of year but that amount of time does sound like an issue with your broadband speed which isn't Microsofts fault.

    It just amazes me that so many people have bad ISPs in 2016. Are people just cheap and buy the cheapest service available, or are ISPs really this bad? I guess I'd understand these kinds of threads if my ISP sucked but I have no issues downloading
    stuff what so ever.

    BF4 Games On Demand?

    So after M$ confirmed the game disc purchase would come with my X1 - it did not, pretty pissed so I'm sending the physical disc back if it comes. Bought on demand - downloading it now 36GB fs - I've 16Mbps broadband and has been on for 2 hours at 30%.
    On a plus side you can play as it downloads :)
