    中文：中国玩家，win10电脑,地区设置菲律宾,A9在win10商店下载,为什么进去后 一直显示我们 法连接到服务器，以启动A9。这是什么情况？？？

    是的，崩溃问题已经得到解决，发现是下载中途出现停止安装，导致继续安装后文件损坏，所以才不能正常运行，只要保障网络波动稳定就可以暂时解决。但是由衷的希望microsoft能够解决服务器不良的问题，十分影响使用体验。在此为耽误您的时间表示由衷的歉意。
