8TB Seagate External Hard Drive

I connected the above mentioned external to an Xbox One S, the drive now has a partition that I can not remove. Does anyone have a way to remove the partition as I would like to use the drive for my pc? I was successful in reformatting the primary partitioned portion but I do not have any options for the second unallocated portion.

Since I am all digital investing in a hard drive was a good as solution for me. I own an. Seagate 8TB external hard drive. So far I havent had any issues and hope it stays that way.

Thank you for your help; my situation was slightly different as I was not being allowed to select the option of deleting the volume so I had to conduct the operation through cmd where I initialized the drive and assigned a drive letter and such.

attach to pc, right click start menu, click disk management, find the drive in the list further down, right click on the partition and delete volume, then you can format the drive as a whole. make sure you select the correct drive and partition, this will wipe any data on that drive.

Then right click on the white unpartitioned space and create standard partition.
