Followed all general xbox support steps ,verified my billing address as soon as i select game on my xbox 360 console for purchasing or may be viewing the game for information this code arrives i cannot purchase anything from store i contacted xbox support
for telephonic conversation did not serve the purpose, kindly assist the same got charged for no reason issue not solved.

I need solution as such not very sure if your xbox support will work properly via telephonic conversation and may get charged again kindly suggest which may make console settings or such as a default setting or making of new gamer id or so if it works
than it will be helpfull or else anything from yourside

remove your profile,
clear your cache, power cycle your 360 and then re-download your profile to the console to see if it then allows you to make a purchase. Should it not, then you would need to

contact Xbox Support for direct assistance.

I tried as stated no progress can u solve the issue by accessing my xbox account

 

Is there any other way by removing all billing info and payment details will the error go or else this is because i have entered my debit card details and not the credit card once

this time finally i checked everything as stated this problem never arrived earlier how come suddenly this error arrives and means that billing address does not match with credit card payers address or so or any thing related to postal code ,and when i
am about to renew my xbox live membership that time everything is correct and postal code billing address matches automatically is there any explanation or else i am wasting my time

contact Xbox Support for more direct help.
It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster). No one in the forums setting has the tools available to access your account directly.
