8C150009 Error on Xbox 360 - Any Ideas

The Console became literally useless after the error. i have active gold subscription which does not show up. not able to browse or buy any games , Download again option on my console for existing purchases does not work. Assume got to throw this into
trash.

Tried all possbile things. Contacting support , formatting hard drive. etc. only thing remaining is to delete my account and create again which i will try . Any other Ideas ?

Customer Support is not able to help as they say they are not seeing the issue from their end. could not find any other article in other places as well.

Have you removed your account and redownloaded it?

Also, does this happen with another account?

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this problem playing on your 360.

In this instance, I would suggest a rollback of all your updates as instructed in Solution 7
of
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console. It's a really good step for most issues on the 360.

When you get a chance, give that step a shot and let us know how that helped.

Can you elaborate more in the issue you are having? Have you migrated your account recently? or changed a payment option?
