    Can't download my profile. Even though it says it's up. Upsetting a lot of people. needs to be fixed ASAP. I NEED MY BLACK OPS 1 WITH PEOPLE AGAIN!!!

    I keep getting error code 83840002 try again later. I have cleared the caches and have cleared all my hard drives and cannot download my profile?

    I hope this gets resolved soon as I use my 360 as my tv, Netflix and Internet.....Need it fast

    Xbox 360 error code: 83840002

    I type in my information and it downloads the first part fine but when it gets to downloading my game info it just stops downloading and it gives me the error message that Xbox Love profiles can't be downloaded right now. Then the error code 83840002
