This seems to be a region issue. From what I have read they are working on it but I have not seen any further updates.

where do you see that they are working on it? Everything I see shows that there is nothing happening and no one even says there is a problem. Obviously there are many in this region who cannot sign in at all. In Russia, Ukraine, Turkey etc.. Any place that
