    After a week we can't log in to our account, yesterday 9/6 all were ok. But today I have the same problem.

    I'm jaded. You don't show respect to your users.

    If it is not solved this weekend I will ask for refund my money of the Gold membership.

    And we can't play online games. Will you refund this money? Because is your fault.

    Very disappointed with Microsoft.

    This seems to be a region issue. From what I have read they are working on it but I have not seen any further updates.

    I'm in Spain, so the country supports xbox live.

    And I've tried all the options of your support web. It's not my fault, it's Microsoft fault.

    First make sure your xbox is set to the right region: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Settings. Select System. Select Language & location. Select your location from the list, and then select Restart now.

    I would then suggest you contact xbox support for further troubleshooting:

    to test the network connection, and

    sign into profile    . If the problem persists,
    Power cycle the console     and retry.
