Got this error a little bit ago haven't made a purchase in the past few months if not longer. the error stops me from using youtube, hulu, and netflix after trying to sign me in while i'm already signed in and have a stable connection to the internet.
a little help would be very much appreciated in dealing with this error (807B01F7). BTW on the xbox 360 i just logged off the xbox one to this error

I have the same error. Wanted to purchase a game and it suddenly happened. It annoys me that I cant use Netflix because of this. Already tried deleting my profile from the console a redownloading it but nothing. Everything else seems to work, I can still
play online and offline.

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Just to be clear, you are on the Xbox 360 when you come across this error correct? There was a service alert up earlier today that would have cause this error on your console. This alert has since been lifted.
If you haven't already, try shutting down your Xbox and un plugging it for a few minutes.

Even though you are not trying to make a purchase, you should still try to follow the steps on this page of the power cycle I mentioned above does not work : Error
807b01f7 occurs when making a purchase on Xbox 360

yes the 360. the shut down fixed it i also deleted my gamer tag and re-downloaded it, thank you chris j and gimpy p

Yes it's called project xcloud. Theres been a lot of talk about it of late.
