    I have just purchased snowpiercer and paid 7 dollars for rent and I can't watch my movie either because of this error message, I've never been fond of play stations but I'm rather disappointed in these set backs and am looking to switch over to Sony services

    The license for this video has expired...

    Status code: 803c0009 I just rented The Hobbit 5 minutes ago and I'm receiving this error. First time on the forum. What's next?

    I want my money back too! I just paid for killing them softly and I got the 803c0009 error. All it says on the website is you'll have to rent it again, I want my money back!

    I've split your post into it's own thread for better visibility. Have you tried to download the movie again? There's been some sporadic issues regarding downloads the last couple of days according to this service notification,
