8015D02E has locked my kid out of her 360

Hello, everyone. My 7yr old daughter also wants to make friends with other kids who play Minecraft. She will be playing under my gamertag on the Xbox 360 which is for her use only. I will be sending out a request on her behalf.

If my girlfriend smashed my 360, she would no longer be my girlfriend. Plain and simple. No yelling. No discussions. No debates. No pleading. She would be escorted out of the house right then and there. And the door would shut and lock behind her.

Edit: She has just seen this post and asked if I was serious. I looked her dead in her eye, and said with a straight and serious face "Yes I am". She just walked away shaking her head and muttering something to herself.

You see the following error message when you try to do any of these things:

• Download your Xbox Live profile to your Xbox 360 console
• Sign in to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console
• Sign in to Xbox Live on a computer through Xbox.com.
• Change the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account

You can follow the steps in that guide and it should fix that issue.

To sum it up for you; Go to account.live.com, sign into your account, its going to say "someone else might be using your account", hit next and then it will ask you to verify your identity with a text or email, it will then prompt you to change your password.
After that you should be good.

If you cannot verify, do the ACSR form and fill out as much information as you possible can. If you are having difficulty doing so, contact support. They're great at helping out with this error code.

Its not a billing issue nor does it have to do with him being a silver account.
