    Hi ! I got a BIG problem here.

    I paid one year Xbox live subscription, and I got EVERY WEEK that 8015D002 Error code. I don't have the 2-steps security whatever.

    What's going on? I'm not paying that service to stay offline !

    I changed my password twice and it's still not working.

    Hi there,

    to be sure this is the link for all the steps on how to try and solve the issue: support.xbox.com/xbox-360/errors/error-code-8015d002

    You mentioned you haven't turned two step verification on, so in such case please check the length of your password, if it is too long then the Xbox 360 console can not process that, I think need needs to be shorter then 16 (or 12) characters
