I'm making a new thread for this error code in hopes that with multiple threads we can get a response from a forum moderator or something

I realize that clearing cache and redownloading will fix the problem TEMPORARILY. I am wondering if there is a PERMANENT solution coming or is this problem just being ignored since there is a temporary fix now? There are a lot of irate customers out there
considering switching to competitors because they don't want to redownload their profile EVERY TIME they want to sign in.



If this helps, it was fine before I downloaded Saint's Row 3. Once that download completed, I started getting the error code.

are xbox currently working to resolve the 8015B00E error code?

 

Hello can you please try this and we will see if this works looking at other threads people have made this one seems to work for people if it dues not work feel free to make a new post or reply to this one .

1) Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games & Apps

2) Look for apps with excalamation marks and delete them.

3) To clear the system cache:

Settings > System > Storage > Highlight Hard Drive > Press Y on the controller > Select YES to clear system cache. Do this 5x.

4) Restart console.

5)Once it comes back on, try to download your profile:

Social > Sign In > scroll all the way to the right > Download Profile

or Download Profile is on window when you press "home button"

Should be good to go once you download your profile.

 

That works, but as I said, it is only temporary. As soon as the xbox is powered off (or at sign off in some cases) you have to redownload the profile again

 

I take it a permanent solution is out the question?

to this specific title?

OK NOBODY MENTION THE DELETE DOWNLOA RUBBSH AGAIN. IT DOESN'T WORK!!

Let's try and isolate this, to see if there's any logical connection, between users that experience this error code.

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

 

SAME ISSUE AS PER FELLOW XBOX COMRADES CANT LOGIN ONLY STARTED WHEN MICROSOFT STARTED NEW UPDATE TO GHOSTS OU SWITCH CONSOLE BACK ON???????

I am in the US. YES, I deleted first, THEN cleared my cache, THEN power cycled my xbox, and THEN redownloaded. I'm not stupid. My ISP is Premier Communications. And no, it's not specific to that game as it happens at SIGN-IN as I said initially.

 

I would also note that last night when I did the whole process again I got a different error code.....I can't remember what it was but it ended in F. I will try again tonight when I get home from work and see if it is permanently fixed.

 

And updating this thread just to say that after I got that different error code it was fixed permantently. I have not had the same problem since.
