801540AP - Cant download Live Account

So i have just got my xbox back out to play abit of Black Ops 2 online, and when i try to download my profile, it says that xbox live profiles cant be downloaded at this time, please try again later, and error code 801540AP. Can someone help me out?

Im using the 250GB Xbox 360 Slim.

Error 80151103 cant download Live profile

So I tried to download the main/primary gamertag on 2 other consoles, and got the same error 80151103 cant download Live profile. I have 2 other gamertag profiles on the same Xbox live gold family account, and I can sign-in and use them fine, I can sign
off 1 console and download the secondary accounts on other consoles too.... just not the primary account. So the Xbox live account main/primary account seems to be corrupt or something like that. Since I cant sign-into the Xbox live with the main/primary
account, I also cant do any Xbox account setting updates either. Seems like Im stuck in a loop here

depends does your physical region match your account region?

if you live in the US and have an US account then yes you can download it

if you dont live in the US and have an US account then no you cant download it

to download blacksops content both your physical region and account region must matcj

 

Sorry to hear it. How are you connected? If wireless are you able to try connecting via ethernet cable? Can you try removing the hard drive from the console in order to redownload the gamertag?

 

This happens alot, It happens at my cousins house, Go to your email corkyworky99 its going to say something about unusual login just delete the message, If you want to go to another xbox you would have to delete the message again. (This happens because it
does not recognize the other internet protocol (ip) this will prevent hackers from getting to your xbox account as well. Hope this helps.
