801540A9 - Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now.

Seen numerous posts about this so find it hard that its a "Console" issue.

Has this error ever been fixed Cause at the moment my daughter cant play any online games to access her profile to Download again.

Done the Erase System Cache etc, reset the Xbox etc, Even called a friend in NZ to help out and he had the same issue !

I Cant Download My Xbox Live Profile

When Ever I Try To Download My Xbox Live Profile It Gives Me This Error Message.

"Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later."

And I Get The Error Code: 801540A9

Please Help!

Every time I try to download my profile onto a new xbox 360 it tells me Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 801540A9. Tried to create profile with Xbox Live and it keeps saying this account is being used.
