801540A9 When downloading xbox 360 profile

I get the 801540A9 error when trying to download my profile. I've tried many solutions, even formatting the harddrive without any results. How do I solve this?

Every time I try to download my profile onto a new xbox 360 it tells me Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 801540A9. Tried to create profile with Xbox Live and it keeps saying this account is being used.

 

Getting an error when trying to download my Xbox Live account.

I made my Xbox Live account through my Dell computer using the Xbox app.

When I try to download the account onto my Xbox 360, I get the error "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 801540A9" It also said this yesterday.

The problem might be that my account was a child account before, and I need to reassociate it with the parent account? But that would be a bit weird since im 18

 

Ok, it might be an issue that the account is still showing as child. You would need to follow the instructions at the link to promote it to adult

But how do I login to my account on the xbox if I can't download the profile to it?

 

As I mentioned in my last post you may need to call phone support for further assistance with your tag because of the issues you're experiencing. Please click the second link I provided.

Click require profile download, then re-download your profile on your Xbox

 

It seems like that's already active on the page you linked, but still doesn't work..

I haven't contacted the phone support yet, and no I can't download the profile yet. I guess I'll have to call them If I can't find another way.
