I'm trying to make a new account but I can't.

I'm trying to make a new account and join xbox live, but whenever I finish putting in all of my information, I get this pop up on my screen "Sorry this action can't be performed at this time. Try again later. Visit
www.xbox.com/support for more information. 80154028". Does anyone know how to solve this?

So I'd be proud to help you out with this but we might need a little more info in order for us to get past this.

First off, where do you get this error? On the Xbox 360, Xbox One, or on your PC?

Secondly, what exactly were you trying to do when this error comes up?

If you could be a little more descriptive with the issue, we should be able to get to the bottom of this.
