80154016 error code, been working at this for hours please help

I had an old account with the gamertag ManiacAngel7724. I tried logging into that recently, and it said that the account did not exist, despite me using auto filled information from my xbox 360 console. I was using a comcast email for my
microsoft account at the time, so I went to comcast to get the email remade.

After being on the phone for hours with comcast, I got the email and went to make another microsoft account with the same username that I used for ManiacAngel7724. I tried to sign into ManiacAngel7724 on xbox, and instead of it saying the account doesnt
exist, I get the error message listed in the post title. I then signed on to it on the microsoft website, and it seems to have created a new gamertag altogether.

I really need help getting that account back, it's basically been my main xbox account since...forever.
