    i have recently bought Xbox live after not playing for a while and three days into playing i get this error code that stayed the same for pretty much a week.

    i opened all ports reset everything and nothing seemed to work even deleted my account then found out i couldn't download back again so gave up completely and cancelled the membership and a couple weeks later i was able to recover my account and log in to Xbox
    live so i bought membership again about a 2 or 3 weeks ago and have played fine except now i have the same problem with this code gone through everything again and still can not connect its becoming aggravating im not getting my moneys worth and having to
    log into four Microsoft accounts to verify myself on the same computer every time just to cancel the membership is also extremely annoying

    can i get something back from this or has my money been wasted

    You could also try the following steps

    1. Delete profile only (not profile and items)

    2. Clear cache 3 times

    3. Restart console

    4. Redownload profile.

    hopefully something there will help you.
