    Hmmm... Again connection failing to service.. I have no idea whats going on. How can it be so volatile? Things were just fine yesterday and now again issues....

  3. Same issues here, since last week. Also PNW also error 8015190E. Both my BF and I can't log in. Have gone through all the steps. Verified that I can log into my XBL account with the computer on the same network. No other connection issues with any device
    in the home. No previous issues with the 360.

    Their claim that there is no issue is untrue.

    Hoping to find an answer, have used Unrelenting Force with no effect.

    I miss Skyrim and Master Chief.

    I managed to play for a couple of hours yesterday. Fortunately I didn't let myself get optimistic about things actually being fixed since it gave errors last night and hasn't worked at all for me today.

    I keep putting off calling MS since it seems like such a lost cause/waste of time, but I'm going to have to bite the bullet I guess, since this thread doesn't seem to be garnering any attention from them. :-/

    I have the same issue and it has been occuring for the past few days now, but prior to that, i “was” able to jus turn on my console and immediately be connected to the Xbox Live servers and jus enjoy my time playing on my 360. I did contact some representatives
    through they’re online assistance in which they did try to help, unfortunately with no succession but in appreciation of trying to provide it, came to the conclusion that its not a problem on my end but theirs. I did happen to do all the troubleshooting i
    could which includes rebooting my system after resetting my network settings to the factory settings and cleaning out the system’s cache, to deleting my account profile and briefly managing to reconnect to Xbox Live to redownloading it again, to having to
    delete it, again...and with no succession of redownloading it..to rebooting my router after waiting 5 minutes; and with the same result of it being..nothing. I did manage to play today for about 1/2 hour (8/23/18) jus to get booted offline for another long
    period of time..

    Does anyone who's called them have a support/reference number I can give when I call and they inevitably tell me they haven't heard about this issue from anyone else?

    Over a week, zero acknowledgement of a problem, zero hint of a resolution. Does Microsoft even read these forums?

    I have been following about this issue on twitter too but havent heard from Xbox Support officially there too. I have provided this link in twitter too so that this issue gets some traction..

    Even I am consistently facing problem since yesterday and its really irritating. I am hopeful that we find some resolution either on this thread or on twitter

    I am also in the PNW and have been dealing with this issue for the last week or so. I finally got something to work! I deleted all of my profiles, then created a new profile but did not try to join live. Then I logged out of that profile and when I went
    to log back in it automatically connected to the internet and prompted me to download an update for the kinect. After that I was able to download my profile and connect to live. Hopefully that helps someone!

    In PNW as well. I deleted my profile then was able to download my profile. This was the first time in a week I was able to connect to live. Fingers crossed that it lasts.

    It appears to have been fixed since ~midnight 8/27 (PST). :-D

    EDIT: Well, that was premature. :-[ My 360 stayed connected to XBL for ~24 hours without a single hiccup; now it's back to two solid hours of errors. The stupidity of this whole situation might be funny if it weren't so irritating; so glad
    I'm paying for this experience.

    Nothing is changed for me as far as login is concerned. I was able to login yesterday and was kicked out again in half an hour. I got a reply from one guy on twitter and he said support is aware about the issue and there have been bugs for past week. There
    is no ETA on the resolution yet.... I am really surprised the way this problem is being handled. I see number of users facing this issue and still its taking more than 10 days to resolve it. phewww......

    That's a step in the right direction, I guess – I have yet to see/hear them acknowledge a problem at all, now 13 days in.

    Oh, and no improvement here either, in case that wasn't obvious.
