    Hello,

    I'll make it short and sweet. I do not know why, but be
    this morning I have the problem that
    I can not log in to Xbox Live.

    I slowly do not find that funny anymore,
    especially since I am gone through every step
    in the troubleshooting, but nothing has helped.
    I would appreciate an approach very much.

    Hey there. Knotty

    Please try this.

    Delete your profile off the console first

    Go to Settings>System>Storage>Hard Drive>Profile

    Once on the gamer profile page select your account and delete it. Make sure to delete profile only.

    After which. press B twice then highlight hard drive then press Y then select Clear system cache

    Next please try to download your profile.

    Just press the Xbox Guide button (xbox logo)

    Select Download Profile

    Sign in to your account.

    If the issue remains then please make sure that the following ports are open on your router:

    PORTS:

    tcp 53

    tcp 80

    tcp 1863

    tcp 3074

    udp 53

    udp 88

    udp 1863

    udp 3074

    tcp 6654

    udp 6654

    If you are unsure how to do this please check your router's manual/guide or visit
    Setup a port forward in your router to allow incoming connections for multiplayer games, VOIP, DVR, and security cameras.

    Kabel Deutschland was the error -.-

    Now is all right and i can use XBox live
