I cant connect to xbl whenever I try it just say my consol cant connect to xbl. When i try to reinstal my profile it still just says i cant connect so i cant evan reinstal my profile.

Oh and i get that code saying 80151904

 

I can still update games evan though im not conected to xbl

 

I can acasionaly connect but if i go ony dowloaded game it disconects me.

 

Hello finzzilla, there is currently an issue with the Xbox servers which is rejecting user logins among many other errors.

The Microsoft team are currently working on the issue, but do not have an ETA as to when the service will become stable again.

Currently support has given us a few steps that allow you to login via another community member, but this has to be redone after a disconnect

1. System Settings, Storage, highlighted HD, pressed Y, select Clear System Cache. Confirm.
   
2. Make note of your email address & password used for your profile.
3. Profile, selected my profile, then clicked on Delete, then selected *Delete Profile Only*.
   
4. Shutdown and unplug from power for 1 minute. Reboot.
5. Press Home button (with the Xbox symbol), select Download Profile.
6. Enter Email address and password, and bingo worked like a charm.

 

Thanks for the help but it wont let connect to actually download any profile's.

Well i screwd up,I checked i could dowload acounts,which I could. But when I deleted my acount and try to download it it sais that i cant connect.so now i cant evan play alot of my games and ive lost my acount.

 

Oh wait know that ive posted it works i can atleast get my acount back but i dont if online works yet.

 

Well it froze i turned of my xbox. And now i tried to download again i get cant connect to xboxlive

 

We've had the same issues gone through what support said on site deleted profile as it said its corrupt and still no xbox live won't connect to the internet
