    For almost a year I have been experiencing random disconnects while using my 360. I say random but they all happen if I stop playing a game for 5-10 minutes, or occasionally when using streaming video services. Today was the first time I received this error
    message. Upon googling, I noticed that this is a recurring issue without a clear fix, i.e. some things work, some things dont, and arbitrary rules like "clear your cache three times" are suggestions. Well I went through all the troubleshooting options, including
    reformatting my xbox's hard drive, to no avail. I bought this xbox brand new in August 2012. My roommate has an older model (not a slim) and he has absolutely no issues, so I'm inclined to believe my xbox is the problem, not the ISP. I use an ethernet cord,
    though I have tried using the wireless. At this point I am considering just getting a new machine since this has been happening for so long and none of the troubleshooting issues have fixed it.

    So am I going to get a reply at all about this? I am about to go buy another xbox because I'm convinced that is the problem. Thanks for all the customer support regarding an issue a lot of people deal with and I can't wait to shell out $180 for one of these.

    Don't you love the service we get here? Not one reply to this? I've never seen so many issues with a console! My NES had less issues! I'm never buying another microsoft product in my life! 6 years of membership and i can't even redownload my profile!!!!!!!!!!!

    Error code 80151904 is apparently an issue with your profile.

    That support page suggests the idea of clearing your system cache or re-downloading your profile.

    As for "hacking", if you believe your account to be at risk, it may be a good idea to change your security settings/passwords.
