    Hi,

    I have previously posted in the now locked thread discussing this error.

    I'm still getting this, I have tried numerous tests, resets, profile downloads etc, all of which has absolutly no baring on this issue. It doesn't matter howy Xbox 360 is connected (WiFi or wired) I'm getting Xbox live disconnected message, could be after
    5 mins could be after an hour. Every time this happens I check my router and network state from my laptop and its NOT a network issue, as the timing is so erratic this would also exclude hardware issues (Xbox 360), this only leads me to belive that my and
    others 360's ate being blocked in some way, as I can somewhat fix it by swapping from WiFi to wired or vice-versa.

    I'm out of my warrenty period and not willing to post my Xbox for you to check over, I'm also not willing to even look at an Xbox one till there is backward compatibility, due to the amount of games mostly collector's or limited edition versions.

    And surprise surprise, I have just disconnected the wired and swapped to WiFi and it now says everything is connected, very strange as the wired line connects to the WiFi router.

    Let me postulate another theory your system update messed up, and now its constantly disconnecting peoples 360's, I think there maybe a bigger issue here, that will need a system update to put right, as I never had this issue before the latest firmware (or
    the one before that).

    have you changed you login email or password lately and not updated it on your xbox?

    change the wifi channel on the router, could be interference from another electrical device

    Its only my Xbox getting this issue every thing else connects fine, also its not just WiFi, it happens on the wired connection as well, personally as stated I think ms messed up when my 360 updated, but as you can't roll back updates

    Error code 80151904 is apparently an issue with your profile.

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-80151904

    That support page suggests the idea of clearing your system cache or re-downloading your profile.

    As for "hacking", if you believe your account to be at risk, it may be a good idea to change your security settings/passwords.
