    80151012 ERROR. PLEASE HELP!!!


    Hi. I have done every step that was listed on the xbox website to try to resolve this problem. Nothing worked. Then I talked to support, and they told me to change my password. I have done this about 4 times already. Then they submitted a ticket to the
    Advocacy Team, and I got no answer. I am trying to download my account in a different country or region by the way. So what did you guys do to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

    80151012 ERROR. PLEASE HELP!!!

    So I take it your gamertag is not currently on the console.

    If I remember this error code correctly you should try clearing the console's cache 3 times, restart the console then download the gamertag by going to Social>Sign In/Out>Download on the console's dashboard.
