    Hi. Resolved the problem... well with the help of Microsoft support. Erased the cash on the hard drive, took it out, put it back in and bingo... Could download my profile and play again. So... dump your cashes... thanks for the help though.

    Thanks Good Egg after holding for Microsoft for over an hour and then getting cut off this worked a treat. Did it in your order. Delete profile clear cache then re-download profile. All ok now. Cheers.
