    80150017 - Halo Reach downloading issues


    Hello there, i am trying to download Halo Reach Free on Xbox Live for the past 10 days and am getting error code 80150017. i tried all solutions i could find so far like clearing cache etc in vain..What can i do? Pls help, only 2 days to go to get the game

    Problem with my 360 console service

    I live with the Armed forces in Germany and I tried to buy Halo: Reach through Xbox live but it gave me Error Code 80150017. When I looked it up on the site it was talking about videos. Can I have help please

    Downloading Halo: Reach

    I have recently purchased halo reach from the market place, it has taken my payment but each time it trys to download i get the message "cannot download halo: reach" before it even gets to 1%. The download is 7GB (rounding up) and i have 201GB on my xbox.
    I have tried to; reset my xbox, Delete the 72kb of the game that has downloaded and cleared the system cache before restarting the xbox again and tried multiple times to download the game. If there is nothing wrong on my end i must request a full refund of
    the purchase if the xbox servers will not allow me to download the game after i have sent payment for the game. My xbox will allow me to download massive sized DLC over 4GB but Halo: Reach and Crackdown (when it was on the free games with gold) have the same
    "cannot download message"

    That code usually means it's a region issue. That game is region locked. So your account region and physical location have to match and you have to live in a region where the game is available.

    THX Smwutches, this is really unfortunate...Why would XBOX give away a game that is not compatible with all regions?

    HALO REACH shows compatible for all regions and systems...

    It is if you live in an Xbox live region

    If you mean the listing on playasia that only affects disks you are subject to import laws then

    Online you are limited by international laws

    Triple a games usually have controlled content and are subject to international laws

    There is no getting around region locks for halo due to content in halo being banned in certian regions
