80150016 error

I cannot download my son's profile, which is linked to my account, without getting the error code 80150016 and a message saying that profiles can't be downloaded at the moment. I have spent over an hour on live chat and tried all the usual resets etc. Has
anyone got any ideas?

There is a helpful article on that error try the solutions on there and let us know how its going

 

Can't find anything about this error code other than trying these steps:

• Power your console off.
• Remove all accessories (headsets, Kinect sensors, extra controllers, etc) from your console.
  
• Power your console on.
• Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (it seems odd, but 3 times can sometimes help clear
  stubborn issues).
• Restart your console.
• Try to
  download your profile.

 

Thanks for your reply but I tried that when I was on live chat and I still get the error message.

 

Don't know what else to suggest.That was the only thing I could find about that error code.

Only other thing I can think of is to link his profile to his own account (email address).

His profile is linked to his microsoft account, and mine as a family member. It all looks fine on the accounts, I just can't download his profile to the Xbox console.
