8015000a xbox360

hey guys,

Im recieving an 8015000a sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to
Outlook.com - Microsoft free personal email to fix the problem.

Done so far:

Profile deleted ( saved items excluded)

Cleared cache twice

Tries downloading profile again ( thats where the message shows up).

Logging on account on pc is working.

Xbox live valid till end september.

Need help!

Account/Games access

After latest Preview update, I can no longer access My Account settings or My Games on my 360.

Getting Status Code : 8015000a-00b96084-1ed9e66e for My Account

8015000a-00000000-00000000 for My Games

Threatening microsoft really won`t get you helped any quicker.

I have friends that have downloaded the games without issue.

 

ok guys,

Fixed the problem with a hard reset. Cleared cache, turned off console, remove powercord, removed hdd, pressed powerbutton aprox. 10 sec.( without powercord plugged in), plugged in powercord, startup xbox ( without hdd), cancel update, turned off xbox, placed
hdd back then power up xbox as usuall and finally i could fully download my profile.

Hope this helps others.

 

Xbox services are currently being spotty and they are working on stablizing themn. I am glad you were able to fix the problem and provide the answer for others!
