    8015000A error when i try to download an xbox live profile


    when i try to download an xbox live profile on my xbox 360 it keeps giving an error. i looked up how to fix it and on here it said that i should clear the system cache so i did and it still didn’t work. what do i do now??

    so for 2 days in a row.
    please help to solve this problem. Customer Support
    contacted, all described in detail, but

    I am getting this error when i tried to download my profile.

    8015000A"

    Tried the online chat support and went through everything for over an hour. The only solution given was to create a new email address and new profile. Well thats "very helpful".
