    Hey Guys, if someone could help me with my login problem on x box 360 would be so nice and helpful, everytime i try i get the error code 800d002, i tried everything from using two faktor autorization and also enabled it, I watched videos on youtube with changing profiles, on the phone microsoft support they told me they dont support the x box 360 anymore, which is sad cause they still sell x box live for that. if anyone has a hint i would be soo thankful i am trying since 6 weeks and i slowly think that i payed for nothing

    So, this is a credential problem, right?

    Ok, Microsoft lately has this same credential bug regarding two things, it's the removal of the two-step account verification, try removing it like this:

    The other cause of the bug is recurring subscription charges. If you have a subscription (gamepass, xbox live gold) check if your recurring charge is already activated, if not, activate and wait 10 minutes.

    If it is already activated, try deactivating, wait 10 minutes, then activate again, then wait the 10 minutes and try logging into the console again.
