    when I try to load a disc, I get error code 80072f8f. It seems my Xbox One can see the disc, but cannot launch it. Wi-Fi is connected and games can be updated, but not played. This only started happening yesterday.

    XBox Music - OneDrive Errors

    The service was fixed shortly after my last post. Then this morning, started erroring again. Now I'm getting error 80072F8F errors playing files. "Sorry, we can't play this file on your phone. Error code: 80072F8F"

    It automatically skips the song and starts streaming the next song. That songs plays for a few seconds and I get the same error again.

    Having the same problem. I can't connect to the internet while this error is happening.

    Error code: 80072F8F

    Followed the steps to resolve and got no where.

    same here!!! Trying to launch ESO from disc and get that same error code, it’s only affecting online games as all other games work fine
