I as well keep getting this problem. I spoke to an xbox tech and he told me it is a problem with an update and that they are aware and are in the process of fixing the issue. He is supposed to keep in touch via email to let me know the status.

Nope, at this time, for this issue, the solutions offered on that page are as useless as teats on a boar hog.

 

Try the solution mentioned in this post (Xbox live error occurs 8007065b.) -- it appears to have worked for me
(I skipped the "clear the cache" step)
