Is there an update on the issue. The website is saying live is up and running fine. Obviously there is an issue. I'm receiving the above code on my 360. It is unplayable.

Same problem. I can play multiplayer live but every other Live feature is error code.

 

If you tried both solutions from the error code lookup page without success then you'll want to reach out to support directly as it says after solution 2.

I have the exact same problem and it is confusing me to why it hasn't been resolved yet.
