    my xbox 360 gaming profile have trouble please help

    quoting "sorry there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in , Go to https//account.live.com to fix the problem."

    but i did and nothing changed my xbox still gives me the error and my xbox live are paid and active so please help what is the problem????
